Coconut

The coconut or coconut nut is a tropical nut that comes from the coconut palm, the most cultivated palm tree in the world and can reach 30 meters in height. It is a round and elongated fruit. It has a length of 20-30 cm and weighs up to 2.5 kg.

The outer shell of the coconut is brown, fibrous and hairy. Its pulp is intense white and of hard consistency. In the central part there is a transparent liquid known as coconut water. It is a very aromatic and sweet fruit. Its consumption is essential in tropical countries.
